On Wednesday, November 16th, we were privileged to have Carlson Gracie Jr himself here in our studio for a special seminar.

Carlson Jr is such a fun-loving individual with a great personality and wonderful teaching skills. Sharing his years of experience and knowledge of Jiu jitsu with us made for a great night of fun and learning!
