Carlos’s journey into strength and conditioning began while working at Noonan Physical Therapy, where he frequently treated high school athletes. He noticed a recurring issue—many young athletes had poor lifting technique and movement patterns, particularly in school-based strength programs. Drawing from his clinical background and coaching experience with his own children in multiple sports, Carlos began correcting these deficiencies both in the clinic and at home.
What started as a way to help his own kids grew into a mission to elevate youth athletic performance through proper mechanics, injury prevention, and evidence-based training. Today, Carlos leverages his background in pre- and post-rehabilitation, chronic injury care, and athletic development to create programs that build strong, resilient, and confident athletes.
Carlos holds a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Certification, the Barbell Rehab Method Certification, and multiple credentials in speed and agility development. His training philosophy centers on form, function, and long-term growth—empowering youth to succeed on and off the field.
